When you activate your warranty, you’re confirming you understand what’s covered and what’s not, so everything stays clear and fair for you and for us.

What’s covered (for life)

Your misbaha is covered against breakage of:

• The main string
• The main beads

If either of these fail under normal use, we’ll help you get back to a fully functional misbaha for life, inshaAllah.

What’s not covered

• Tassel (and normal tassel wear over time)
• Counter beads / add-on beads
• Rough use
• Exposure to chemicals
• Heavy water exposure
• Extreme heat
• Using the product for anything other than its intended use
• Deliberate damage

Keep it simple

Treat it gently, keep it away from chemicals, lots of water, and extreme heat.
